      Hey essie, thanks for the question!

      Eye cancer does exist, yes. It’s caused by uncontrolled growth of cells in or around the eye. It can be treated by surgery (including laser surgery), radiotherapy (radiation to destroy the cancer cells), and chemotherapy (drugs to destroy the cancer cells). It affects older people more than younger people, and it’s pretty rare.
