Allergies are caused by our own immune systems. The immune systems there to stop nasty bacteria and things infecting our bodies but allergies happen when they get sensitive to things that aren’t harmful eg. dust, fur, pollen (hayfever), peanuts. Our immune systems fire up and try to get rid by making you sneeze, your eyes water or even vomiting!

I have recently developed hayfever-not fun!
